Where are you located ?
We are based in South Mumbai , but we are available to shoot everywhere !
What are your packages ?
Every wedding is different and hence we customize as per : no. of functions, no. of people, location, timings, requirements etc. We would like to meet our clients in person to understand they are looking for and then discuss a quote.
How long do you take to deliver a project?
We believe in delivering quality work. It would take 2 months maximum to deliver all your final deliverables.
How many photographs do you give ?
You will get all the photos clicked by us at your event in high resolution JPEG format with a basic editing (color correction, exposure, cropping) and from them you choose the best 200 for your album, which will be edited even further to match the perfect printing quality.
What kind of films do you offer?
The following are the types of videos we offer :
1. Traditional videography : It will cover the start to end of your event. The duration will be 45 minutes or so depending on the event. A traditional video is essential for events like sangeet wherein the performances are captured at a stretch. It will be edited minimally with soft instrumental music.
2. Cinematography : A cinematic video will comprise of i) A teaser video for social media (2-3 minutes) & ii) A longer highlights video (5-7min). It would be capturing all the events in a film like quality with high end professional DSLR's & would require special editing.
3. A highlights video can be made from the traditional video footage as well for those who have a budget.
What is a pre wedding shoot? How do we go about it ? How many pictures do I get from a pre wedding shoot?
A pre-wedding shoot is a photo/video shoot of the couple done before the wedding that portrays the bond they share with each other. Since the wedding is a hectic time to be together, the couple get this day off with each other to shoot some "Relaxed, Together & Fun" images and videos in casual outfits (different from the heavy wedding outfits) and this photo/video footage can be used in the highlight film or as a separate two-minute pre-wedding film that can be shown during the sangeet or the wedding. A typical pre-wedding shoot lasts between 4-6 hours. The clothes / styling / makeup for the pre-wedding shoot is to be arranged by you please.
What is the typical team strength of your team that will be coming to cover my wedding?
We usually film with a crew of 1-2 cinematographers (candid style) and 2-3 photographers (candid and documentary style) along with one director. The crew works as a team with different cameramen specialising on different lenses. This choreographed, multi-camera setup allows us to position ourselves strategically to capture ceremonies more naturally as they take place, without any hindrance.
How will you deliver the work ?
The final deliverables will be given on a pendrive. The raw data will be shared on request, on your own hard drive.
Do you cover only for one side or both bride and groom's side ?
During a wedding shoot, the stills and the video teams should have harmony and co-ordination for the benefit of client coverage and to avoid getting into each others frames. We shoot from both together to ensure perfect synchronicity of images and film coverage.
Are there any hidden costs?
The expenses for the travel, food and accommodation for the crew members are borne by the client. Any additional days / hours of shooting (not mentioned in contract) shall be charged extra.
What about the music for the videos?
We encourage you to select and tell us your favorite music for the teaser and highlights video. For the traditional video there will be soft instrumental music or a list of songs which we will communicate with you that will be used in the video only after your approval.
Are interviews necessary for the videos?
Interviews and audio recordings add a charm to your highlights video, it helps in interlinking the events and footages.We film interviews with the close family (Bride, Groom, Parents, Siblings / Best-Friends) so that there is an underlying story that keeps the viewer connected to the film. As the story unfolds, the viewer gets a sense of how the couple met and decided to spend their lives together. We can ask the same questions to different people and compile it all in the editing. We suggest you take off a little bit of time before your events to give this interview - It will be recorded anywhere with silence in the background, any time during the wedding. We do not do any interviews after the wedding is over & we lock all interviews on the very first day of the wedding as it gets stressful during the later days. You can also choose to completely opt out from these interviews wherein your final video will only be with music and no voice recordings.
Can you make the trailer or a short film of the wedding so that we can show it at the Reception / Last day?
Yes we offer this service - These are referred to as "Same Day Edits" and they are a great way to showcase some of the best moments of the wedding instantly to everyone present. However, this is an expensive process (extra equipment and setups are required for an extra editor to produce this) and adds to the final cost of the package.
What if we want to make changes to our highlights teaser/film?
Once the Highlights are ready we share it with you through google drive. Should you disapprove of any clip / footage during the first screening, we can make the edit changes and corrections (in the one round of permissible edit changes) and present the final film. For this you need to send us the changes within 4 days. If no changes are received within 4 days of delivery we will assume that you approve of the film and no changes are required. We will then close your project and deliver the high resolution final rendered version of the film on the pendrive. Any changes after a long time shall be charged extra.
What is the one round of permissible change allowed once we see the Highlight film?
One round of changes in the Highlight film means that once the couple sees the film for the first time, they can add / delete some clips as per their liking. Some close relatives whose footage is unintentionally missed by the editors can be added in this round. Any other minor changes can also be corrected. But please note that major changes may not be possible / charged extra. Examples of major changes are - • Addition of an event / events • Changes in music track • Replacement of more than ten clips of friends / relatives
Will our photos/videos be released on social media?
Yes, a few of the best photos of your wedding and maybe your teaser will be released on our youtube channel, instagram and facebook page. If you wish to keep your wedding pictures private, please mention this prior to the wedding.
